Elaine Fitzgerald
Elaine Fitzgerald is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland and also an accredited Member and accredited Supervisor with The Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy.
She holds a Masters degree in Psychology from University College Dublin, Ireland a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Counselling.
She has over 20 years experience in the public service and was Principal Psychologist at The Children’s University Hospital, Temple Street Dublin. Elaine Fitzgerald was elected to the Executive Council of The International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect from 1992 to 2004
Elaine established a private practice at the Institute of Psychosocial Medicine in 1993, providing clinical services to young people and adults. With a group of practitioners including psychiatrists, psychologists, a nutritionist, acupuncturist and other allied professionals a comprehensive assessment and therapy service is provided.

DART:
The Institute of Psychosocial Medicine is right beside Glasthule/Sandycove DART station. Turn right emerging from the station; you will see on your right a large car park with a terrace of houses set back behind it, which is Eden Park. No 2 is the second house from the right end of the terrace.
Buses:
Routes 7, 7a, 45a and 111 all pass nearby. Alight at the People's Park end of Lr George's St and walk on 100m to Eden Park. Routes 46a from Dublin city and 75 from Tallaght via Rathfarnham and Stillorgan terminate at Dun Laoghaire DART station.
Route 59 from Dun Laoghaire stops directly opposite Sandycove/Glasthule DART station.
